The Old Tearoom
The Old tearoom is our ground floor apartment which has been carefully converted from our tearoom. The apartment consists of a kitchen, toilet / shower, living area with TV, a double bedroom and separate bedroom with bunkbeds along with outdoor decking and 4 person hot tub, making it ideal for families.

Delmonte
Delmonte is our detached cottage based within walking distance of Langwathby village. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, a king sized bed, double bed and bunk beds. There is a large garden surrounding the property, with a 4 seater hot tub at the rear.
