 I write this as the snowdrops are just beginning to appear and the afternoons are lengthening a little...Jack Frost is still here but his icy grip is relaxing ! It’s an exciting time of year for us as we plan the courses, workshops, exhibitions and events programme. We will of course be running our very popular breadmaking, baking and cooking courses, and Kate and Ana will be busy with Children’s Workshops.
