Restored in 1975 by Ana and Nick Jones, we are Cumbria's only fully operational watermill, committed to the production of high quality flour using British grain. With the help of a small, dedicated team of people, this business and its products are both unique and special. Currently we are producing a wide range of biodynamic and organic stoneground flours milled the traditional way using clean, self-renewing waterpower.
